Does anyone know what a “Variable + $50 FREEPLAY” offer from Casino ROYALE offer is? How do we know what sailings are included & type of room. It expires 1/31/2020. It also shows a trade in value of $750.

Just wondering if anyone had a problem waiting for RC Casino Royal to be issue a Certificate before the end of a cruise. I was given a Casino Royale VIP status on the last leg of my transpacific cruise from Honolulu to Sydney (Radiance of the Seas - 18 nights), in Sep/Oct, 2017. I, again, cruised from Singapore to Sydney in Oct/Nov 2017 (Ovation of the Seas - 14 nights) and was given the Casino Royale VIP Status and was promised a Certificate by the Casino Royale Manager, before disembarking in Sydney on 07/12/2017. The day of the disembarkation, I approached the front desk and was informed that the CERTIFICATE will be emailed. I am still waiting and have contacted a few people, but it seemed that nobody cares. I have played at the Casino Royale and would like to receive a response in regards to this. I have 3 other cruise reservations with Royal Carribean this year, 2018, so the CERTIFICATE would have come handy.
