  1. RCCL Help not helpful at all with regards to the new website platform. I am missing past cruises and was informed that it should be updated in 24 hours. Still waiting and not only that, even my C&A registration number is not recognised. Is anyone having the same problem as me? So frustrating!!
  2. Thank you. I looked at my past emails from RCCL & there was a link to our on-line check-in, so, I believe I will be able to print our SSP. Happy cruising.
  3. Is anyone still having the same problem like me? My cruise on the RC Voyager is on 16/04/2018 and I need to print my Set Sail Passes for 2 back-to-back cruises with the same ship and update my personal details. I have hit a road-block: (1) trying to enter my birth date - digits doubles up & gives me an error message; (2) was able to pass the hurdle, but cannot update my account, even after the ok on the Terms of Service & Private Policy. Help, please.
  4. Thank you, WAAAYTOOO, after 6 weeks of emails and calls to RRCR, I finally got my CERTIFICATE which is equivalent to USD750.00 or a free cruise in the Carribean. As we have already booked a Carribean cruise with NCL, RRCR was able to apply the credit to one of my 3 RR cruises this year (NCL Breakaway, Feb 2018, RR Voyager x 2, Apr/May 2018 & RR Radiance, Nov 2018).
  5. Just came back from our 14 night Ovation of the Seas cruise from Singapore to Sydney on the 7th of December, 2017, and yes, some people were taking plates of food from the marketplace (Windjammer), restaurants, cafes etc to other parts of the ship, including their cabin. It is not frowned at. Only time you cannot do this, is when there is an epidemic of norovirus or gastro, and this happened wherein some people were quarantined to their cabins, food were served to you (Windjammer etc) and No one was allowed to take food out of the restaurants, cafes, marketplace.
  6. In my opinion, Cruise Ships companies should be paying the crews salaries, full-stop. Any tips that the passengers gives the crews should be considered as bonuses, specially for a fantastic service. The crews might get a free board and meals, but their accommodation is right In the bottom of the ship, I believe close enough to the engine room, windowless and noisy. Note, though, that a good percentage of the crews are well educated - they are just not lucky enough to be born in a first world country. So, please, be generous and stop dissecting how much the crews are getting - rather, ask what the cruise ships are paying them.
  7. Just wondering if anyone had a problem waiting for RC Casino Royal to be issue a Certificate before the end of a cruise. I was given a Casino Royale VIP status on the last leg of my transpacific cruise from Honolulu to Sydney (Radiance of the Seas - 18 nights), in Sep/Oct, 2017. I, again, cruised from Singapore to Sydney in Oct/Nov 2017 (Ovation of the Seas - 14 nights) and was given the Casino Royale VIP Status and was promised a Certificate by the Casino Royale Manager, before disembarking in Sydney on 07/12/2017. The day of the disembarkation, I approached the front desk and was informed that the CERTIFICATE will be emailed. I am still waiting and have contacted a few people, but it seemed that nobody cares. I have played at the Casino Royale and would like to receive a response in regards to this. I have 3 other cruise reservations with Royal Carribean this year, 2018, so the CERTIFICATE would have come handy.
