To change the subject when do we receive luggage tags?

Leaving October 9th on the explorer of the seas. Going to Bermuda, st Martin, pr and Haiti. Can't wait! This will be our 3rd cruise first tine on RC cruised on Carnival.

Thanks Matt, just wondered because I would like to bring on bottles of water and I was going to put them in every bag I have.

When you go to checkin at the port don't they look into your bags?
