With no Concierge on the Majesty who does a suite guest go to for assistance?

Anyone know what they charge for a good bottle of Merlot in the store for purchase to take to the room?  Say a sterling or Rodney Strong.

  I'd point out the wine in the diamond lounge and concierge lounge is free.  

 

There is quite a wide selection of wine elsewhere on the ship. Plus, Royal Caribbean allows you to bring up to 2 bottles of wine per stateroom!

 

Yes I know the wine in these lounges are free that is my whole point! At least make them drinkable.

The wines severed in the diamond and concierge lounges are not drinkable! The Merlot is a Tisdale cost retail 5.99 and on line 3.49!! The Cab is Redwood Creek 5.99 in retail store. We had these on the Brilliance in Nov. and now I see that are also on the Oasis. These are your repeat customers or suite guest why so cheap??? On the Brilliance we did ask for another wine and they got us I believe it was St. Martin. No outstanding but doable... Also on the Brilliance a bottle of the Clos Merlot was 32 but on the Oasis it is listed as 54???

Anyone else had any luck getting a better wine severed in these lounges???

Under a drink package are you charged gratuity for each drink you order??  

No wine packages anymore  BUT you can go to the gift area and purchase wine by the bottle. You can have it deliveried to your room or to you during dinner. I bring two bottles and buying 2 so we are set for a 5 day cruise....

 

 

 

 

 

We have a hump room on the Brilliance in Nov. but I have read that there is some very loud band music with the hump rooms.  Can anyone confirm this. It was due to RCCL moving the bands locations.
