I think I read this correctly but I wanted to confirm. I'm going to allow my daughter to bring a friend on our cruise. If for some reason, that friend can't go after booking and she asks somebody else, I can change that, correct?

First time RCL (well about to be) I'm wanting to book a cruise for 2 rooms next June as a family celebration for our oldest daughter's high school graduation. Is the BOGO that ends today the best the deals will get for an early June 2017 cruise? Thanks for any input.
