  1. We are booked on the Harmony for the 12 June 2016 and I understand that as we are in a grand suite, Sky class, we will get free internet. My question is how many devices can we connect. I have spoken to RC customer service on 3 separate occasions and each time we have been told different answers. The first call said 2 devices, the next one 1 device and the final call, yesterday, 4 devices. Does anyone know which one is correct. Thank you

  2. Oslo is nice to get off and just walk around. For Tallin we did a trip into the town which included a castle. St Petersburg you have to go on a trip to get off the ship as you need a visa RC organise all this for you. There are more canals than Venice and it was a very interesting day. We could not dock at Copenhagen as the weather was too bad, we went in June! Can't remember what we did in Helsinki or Bruges. Be prepared, the Baltic can be rough but we had a wonderful time. Take local currency for each stop, if you change your money up on the ship the rates are very poor.

  3. I like the reserved seating at the shows, although they are released to non suite customers about 5 minutes before the show starts. You don't have to get to the theatres early to bag a good seat. I don't think it's on all ships yet but you also get free internet, we are going on Harmony in June so will find out then if it works as good as the paid version. The private sun lounge area is also good as you are guaranteed to get a lounger and they often have waiter service as well. We just love having the gold card and all the perks it brings and of course eating in coastal kitchen. Enjoy your cruise!

  4. It's a shambles really, they must by now know the times of the shows and the prices for the spa. There is plenty of availability for chops on 12th June so maybe it's just another glitch on the earlier sailings. I hope you manage to get booked and enjoy your meal. The Internet packages are also a complete mess, if you buy any package the price is not 7 x the daily price as you would expect. The 2 device package is advertised at £16.09 per day x 7 = £112.63 but when you buy it it comes out at £132.74 and nobody at RC can explain why nor do they care either. It's just a case of "if you don't like it, don't buy it". Poor customer service.

  5. I have a drinks package included in my cruise so can't comment on that but I had have lots of conversations with RC regarding the Internet packages. As you rightly say when you multiply any of the packages by 7 they all come out higher than they should. Nobody has been able to explain to me why, it's just a case of shrugging their shoulders and saying that is the price take it leave it, I wrote to the CEO and complained and ended up paying for a package but got a $50 credit to my onboard account to make up for the overcharge. It is a proper shambles and to be honest has put me off RC.
