Southern Cruisers

Hi all! Going down any and all rabbit holes researching all things about this ship and CocoCay, St. Maarten, and St. Thomas. I HAVE to have something to look forward to! I love the planning part. anyone else on this sailing? We sailed in ‘22 on Allure and are excited for this one. Booked in a JS and trying to decide about UDP.

We are on Wonder in Aug. we made reservations for 4 specialty restaurants. Here are my 2 questions: 1-If 2 restaurants are showing they are “stuffed” each day and all times during our sailing, have they not opened reservations or are they already all taken? 2-If we swap to UDP, do we cancel the 4 reservations we have and rebook starting from scratch or can we keep those ressies in place and add others to fill up our slots?
