My family and I are having the same issue, unresponsive agent. This is our first time using a travel agent, always book directly with the cruise line. We’ve sent multiple texts and emails the last couple of days, but no response. We will request a new agent tomorrow if she doesn’t respond. Not sure if we will use a TA again after this experience.
