Question for those of you that have been to Rome. We will be on foot exploring and I always try to stay hydrated, which means bathroom breaks. Are there public bathrooms? Do you have to pay and if so, must you have to have exact change?

One more thing please, I'm thinking about bringing a mattress topper for the bed and I know they say it's a king but I'm thinking it's more like a queen size bed. Which size mattress topper would you bring?
