Fantastic. Thanks for confirming it can be left off. The 'infused' language certainly worried me. We've got UDP as well but great to have the context of your visits. Did you have any issues ordering multiple apps and/or entrees per person?

Hi All! Very excited to be sailing on Odyssey in a couple weeks and very eager for Giovanni's Table. However, I'm quite bummed to hear that the great-looking caprese is tainted with truffle-infused burrata (it'd be one thing if it was kissed with a bit of real truffles but I'm guessing it's the crap oil that's doing the work here). Is it truly truffle oil simply flavoring the burrata? or is it just on top and I can request it be left out? Do we know if we're able to substitute NON-truffled burrata (or any fresh mozz) at all? Any other recommendations/must-haves for Giovanni's while I'm here? Thanks so much!
