I ordered Classic Soda And VOOM One Device and paid for this on the website a few months back, and assigned it to my spouse's account. When he downloaded the app, neither internet nor soda package is there. I see a soda package for my son, and my water and coffee on my app. Does it show up later? This is for Ovation to Alaska on Aug 18.
