And they allow that through ship security?
I read up on that, and sports equipment is (are?) allowed. Darts aren't weapons. And, they're no longer than scissors. I asked RCI and was told they're allowed. But, they did point out security might hassle about them. I'm going to pack mine in checked bags for the Radiance.

So, I was wondering about bringing darts with me. The Radiance has a pub that has 2 dart boards. Sporting goods are allowed, and darts are not weapons. So, theoretically, they should be allowed. I asked RCI and they said that it's technically correct. But, it's hard to say what the clowns screening you on the way in would say. Anyone have any experience?

Howdy all!
Just ran across this happy news:
We're sailing back to back. If once cancels, it blows the whole 2 week trip for us.
Wait! It gets better. According to Don's Family Vacations, there was just a norovirus outbreak on the Radiance.
Cheers!

Seward:
Won't have the 10th until tomorrow, but it's still not looking good. Who else is going to spend the day on a boat in the glaciers before sailing home? Show of hands.

So, I didn't screen shot the watchlist (I was too busy booking a room at the new prices,) but outside GTY cabins were listed at $836pp with $150 onboard credit. I have an inside GTY at $845 with no onboard credit. Gratuities increased by 2 bucks pp/pd after Jan 1, which isn't a big deal. I'm on the phone with RCI right now trying to get them to match the deals. My cost will increase by $38, but I'll move across the hall and have a buck fifty to spend onboard. Overall, it's a win.
Strangely, when next updated my watchlist, balcs and suites were sold out, and inside/outside cabins were $3000 & $3200!
You know I want my deal on hold!
More to follow ....
So, Ben at RCI was great. We got the lower rack rate ($836) for a move from inside to outside, and $150 in onboard credit.
I had this vague recollection of an onboard credit when we booked on Voyager OTS in August, but hadn't seen it anywhere in the paperwork. Well, I guess it showed up, too, because we now have a total of $250 onboard! FTW!

Yeah, I saw that ... still don't get it.
Reprice tip is on the spot. We've repriced twice so far ... out cost for an inside gty now is $845pp. Plus we've bought the certificates from AARP at a 10% discount. One of those was purchased with a new credit card that gave us a $300 bonus for opening the account! This is working out to be dirt cheap! We're sailing to Alaska in a week and it's at the "too cheap not to go" price, too!

Anybody else here going ?
Found a great last minute deal on a inside cabin for $370 ! Would prefer a balcony but can't beat that price.
My flight lands in Vancouver at midnight. Too late for a hotel - not looking forward to sitting at the airport until morning.
We got $231 one way and $260 the other. Too cheap not to go!

I guess you heard Haines instead of Skagway. Never been to Haines.
