How long is the Sushi and Sake lunch?

My family and I will be sailing in Europe on Jewel of the Seas in May 2024. My wife and I were hoping to do the sushi and sake lunch without our kids, who we plan to leave at adventure ocean. The lunch starts at 11am, and since it's a sea day, the adventure ocean session runs only until noon. For anyone who has done the sushi and sake lunch, does it take more than an hour? Would we be done by noon to pick up our kids?
