We've tried Royal, they told us to contact Singapore?? . Not sure why. We can't seem to find a definite answer.

We are on a cruise from Singapore to Tokyo in August. We are stopping in Vietnam and as Australians we require a visa. Do we need to get this before we start our cruise or can we do it at the port in Nha Trang. Thanks.
