All of my clients just got an email from Royal stating that their cruise has been cancelled due to it being chartered. I would of thought that Royal Caribbean would of contacted the travel agents who had groups booked on this cruise before contacting each guest separately. Now, I've been on the phone with Royal for over an hour trying to get everyone switched to a new date. I'm so frustrated.

Hi everyone, I have a group of over 150 people that are booked on the Oasis of the Seas, January 21-28, 2024 but we are hearing rumors that Atlantis group has chartered this cruise. When I call Royal, they tell me they know nothing about it but when I call Atlantis, they tell me they signed the contract with Royal over 2 weeks ago and all travel agents and clients will be contacted to change their cruise dates. Has anyone heard of this?
