I'll be on this cruise with my wife, son, 2 step kids, in laws as well as brother in law and girlfriend. It was exhausting just typing all of that. LOL

We board Harmony on July 8. My stepdaughter, who is 18, found an article that states there is a way for a parent/guardian to sign a waiver that would allow her to consume alcohol in international waters. Has anyone heard of this? I know years ago, this was the case, but didn't think that was something that could be done. If it is possible, is this something we should try to handle before we board or once we're on board? Thanks in advance for any help.

Quick (hopefully) 2 part question regarding Royal Up. 1, If you happen to win a Royal Up bid into Star Class, are you eligible for the perks that come with it, such as unlimited dining and beverage packages? 2, if so, would you then be able to get refunded for those packages if you've already purchased them?
