Explore Rome Excursion

We are booked on the RCL "Explore Rome" (self-guided) tour on 25 May. The drop-off / pick-up points are supposed to be near the Vatican, but could be anywhere up to 0.6 miles away apparently. Does anyone know more precisely where these points are located, as it would help in planning a walking route to visit the key sites within central Rome and get back to the bus in time.
