This is another instance Royal Caribbean lied. They already nickel and dime you for everything and now blamed the latest Premier Pass fiasco on a computer glitch. Computers does not make the glitches, human does. Those hidden premier pass tab was there for internal friends, but since it was discovered by others travelers, Royal Caribbean socked it to the customers by saying it was a glitch.
