Royal Guy

We were on Radiance of the seas and they had the same one dish at a time rule, their floor manager who was from India and called Roosevelt was so rude to say that he didn’t care that the the guests are diamond plus or pinnacle. The service was horrible and the food quality was worse. Every time they brought you a dish they asked you to give them 10 out of 10. I wanted to show them the video of the gentleman on Regal Princess who had 16 lobster tails and they brought it for him with a smile. All I can say is shame on Royal Caribbean for being stingy, one of the reasons we liked Royal Caribbean was that the the food food quality and service that they have dropped both badly. Tried to talk to the chef he could barely speak English. Asked him if he was a a Michelin star chef and he didn’t even know what that means.The food had a lot of salt and curry.
