The ship Royal Caribean Anthem of the seas has 13 decks the Balcony on the 13th deck is covered preventing direct sunlight which is what you have balcony for. Apparently there is no sound proofing from the top deck above so every movement of chairs etc makes the ceiling vibrate making can be heard as if in a drum. Reviewers had stated it left them stressed, deprived of sleep and felt ill at end of the cruise, and they were only on a weeks cruise. I didn't want that for a fortnight so I offered to pay for another room, was refused and lost £311. Why would anyone want to go on a cruise to be made stressed, tired and feeling ill? A lot money must be made by booking Balconies located on the 13 floor and not giving a warning that they are deprived of sunlight and noisy which you only find out about after reviewing the room you have been allocated.
