Ok, we're a step closer... I can now see my second reservation through the app (still not on the website), but I'm not able to book anything for the second reservation "because these guests have a different currency or group ID, they must make their own reservations until the cruise begins".

Did you try the app or the website? Try the other if you've only tried one.
Also, did you get the confirmation email? Are you entering the info correctly (reservation #?) I had one of my #'s written incorrectly and couldn't get a cruise to load, I should have put on my readers! LOLYou might be a genius.... After reading your reply I opened up the app (again) and wa-la the second reservation was there. I still can't see it online, but at least now I can start planning. Thank you for suggesting I try the app again because I've been so focused on the website.

When trying to add your stepsons' reservation number, you are using their last name and date of birth, correct? Even though you booked it, the reservation will be in their name.
Yes, I'm using his last name and birthdate. When I click "continue" after entering his info and res# the page freezes. I've attempted on multiple devices from home and work.

Anyone have any suggestions where to go from here???
I booked through my travel agent.
I have two reservation numbers... one with me, my wife and our young son. The other with my teenage boys (17 and under) who are my stepsons. Since we have different last names the online system doesn't allow me to add the second reservation in "manage my cruise".
I've spoken to multiple representatives at RC and have been given multiple different stories which all end with "All looks good on our end, just wait for this or that to happen and it'll show up." I just sent an email to guestaccounthelp@rccl.com
It's only been 3 days since I booked... am I being too impatient?

I have found you are better off using both your phone app and the computer website. Both are glitchy and between the two you can get everything done quickly. The most important thing is to grab your boarding time. Like the people have said above it is Midnight where your ship is. I am in California and my cruises out of Miami I can start checking in at 9:00 pm the day before the official check in day. Your official check in day is listed on the phone app
Ok great. Thanks for the tip!

Usually right after midnight at the 45 day out mark. That's midnight in the time zone where the cruise leaves from.
Thanks Ashley... I appreciate the info

This May will be my first cruise in over 10 years, so I'm new to checking in on the app. I've heard Matt say many times that you'll be able to check in (usually) 45 days before the cruise, but is there a certain time when check in becomes available? So for instance if I wake up at 3am will I be able to log on to the app and do my online check in? Trying to get an early boarding time.
Online Check-in date

My family and I will be sailing on Independance of the Seas on 5/1, which means my 45-day check-in is a few days away. The app says online check-in begins 3/16, but the website says 3/17. I remember Matt always saying the app isn't always accurate with things... Anyone have any thoughts on which date will be correct?
