Parking at Port Everglades and hair curler

I will be driving to Port Everglades on the day of my cruise in 90 days. Do I have to reserve a parking spot prior to arrival? I know I have to pay a fee to park but how much is it to park for 8 day cruise for Harmony of the Seas? Can my wife bring a curling iron to use in room? Thank you excited to go! Kevin Nivala
