  1. Been following the storm, Mr. Van Fleet's statements about Cabo and the conversation he had with the Navigator Captain. We've called RC asking to pick another cruising date. At first, we were told we could do so for a $100 per person change fee. When we called back with our newly selected cruise date, we were told that RC customer service never said we could change cruising dates. RC would not work with us, saying no itinerary changes have been formally announced, therefore we could not opt for another departure date. We keep thinking we'll receive an email offering options as that would be the right thing to do. Alas.....no email. Sue
