To whom it may concern. Can you please tell me who to contact to make comments on Royal Caribbean customer loyalty.
I have had to cancel a cruise as I felt I didn't get the loyalty, and support, from RC that my loyalty to them deserved. It would have been my third cruise with them but, when asked for a very simple change to the booking but I was refused and ended up cancelling the cruise, which I was extremely unhappy about.
I haven't had anyone from RC contact me to ask why and would like to put my case to them for a satisfactory response.
