Poutine isn't available aboard the ship. It is available at several food stands a short, 15 minute walk from the pier. Off the top of my head, within the food stand area along the waterfront, there's Smoke's Poutinerie (a Canadian chain of Poutine fast food restaurants) and BeaverTails (a Canadian chain of topped fried pastry which is long like a beaver's tail).
The ship will port at Pier 21. Besides shops and the Canadian Immigration Museum being right there, there's a range of shops and restaurants within a 15-20 minute walk to the right as you exit the terminal. There's also the Maritime Museum of the Atlantic and Discovery Centre within that walk too.
