Anyone know if Canada requires precruise testing?

Thank you....another question...does anyone know if shops/dining is walkable from the cruise port in Halifax? If we have an afternoon excursion would we be able to walk around the port and see some things in the morning?

Does anyone know if there is the dish Poutine (french fries with gravy and cheese curds) available on the boat at some point. I don't think we can get it on the excursion we want and it is the only thing my one son wants to do on this vacation.
