I don't mind the smoking in marked areas. I don't like the casino allowing it but there are areas. What I object to is people smoking on their balcony's and tossing the butts-- what they think is over board but lands on the balcony behind and below. We use to leave our balcony door open when sleeping. We can't do that now because we're afraid a butt will come in and start a fire. Don't know about you all but cruise after cruise people are smoking and tossing. Our last cruise I told the steward to let the guy know 2 cabins forward if I see him tossing them again I'm reporting him and the ship can pull the tape video. This is a very dangerous situation. NCL a few years ago had the side of the ship burn--plastic dividers on balcony's caught fire.
