What time of year were you looking at booking for 2025?
I booked a Spacious 2bdrm Aquatheater suite  ( A1 ) for 7 nights on Harmony in Oct 2025, with 4 adults,  on the day they were released for $12,626 before taxes and fees.   It came to $13,223 after taxes and fees.  Less than half of what you were quoted.

It went up in price several thousand within a couple of weeks.   No way I could afford $26k+,   really shouldn't do the $13k, but splurging for our 20th anniversary.   With the way prices are going, I'll likely not be able to sail star class again.

Yeah, I found some a little cheaper in the Oct/Nov time frame, but we were looking for June as I work for a school and the kids would be out for Summer.

It is crazy because I got on Cruiseplum and looked at our cruise that we have the Aqua Suite booked for $14,400.............around Jan of 2024 I guess someone cancelled on the other as it opened back up and then 6 days later it was booked for $39,274.  THAT IS INSANE!!!!

Also, that is too funny that we in the same boat (no pun intended), but we shouldn't be doing this $14k but this was a once in a lifetime thing for us and it is also our 20th Anniversary as well.

  2. In Nov of 2022, when Royal opened the 2024 cruises, I was able to book a 2-bedroom Aquatheater Suite on Harmony OTS for $14,400.  There are six people staying in it which comes out to $2,400 per person, and that comes out to $300 per day (8-night cruise).  In Nov of 2023, when Royal opened up the 2025 cruises, I looked at the same thing, two bedroom aquatheater suite for a 7-night cruise for a total of $26,850 for four people. NO THANK YOU!!!!  We are (have been) loyal to Royal since 2015, but we are looking at other cruiselines.  Can't afford to keep up with Royal

We just got back from a 7 day cruise of the western Caribbean.  The ship was really crowded. People were cramming themselves into elevators like the pandemic never even happened. My husband and I, like most of the other passengers,  chose not to wear masks. We were back in Galveston and within one day started having Covid symptoms.  We headed straight to Walgreens for tests and, sure enough, we found out we were both positive. Just be safe and wear a mask in the elevator and when shopping at the ports. The ports are crowded too.

If you are talking about the June 12th - 19th on LibertyOTS, we had 4,157 passengers onboard.  We had a blast and it was amazing to be back on a ship for the first time since 2019.
