I am going on cruise in October with my boyfriend. He will turn 21 in August. I want to buy the drink package but i cant cause he isnt eligible. Is there a way to order one for him as well in advance? or if i buy mine now and domt get him one will we still be charged for 2 since he wasnt eligible when i purchased mine?
