We took a cruise on Harmony & had gotten the Key just got back on 04/03/22 & Chops lunch was included in the MDR & I asked about room service & said there was no charge with it if you had the Key. I hope this helps a little !

Grab a taxi (you should be able to find one before your cruise) and head to Orient Beach or some other awesome spot.
It's not expensive, and there are bars/restaurants right there at the beach.
