When to buy packages before sailing

We are sailing on Oasis of the Seas in May. About three weeks ago we received an email.saying our final payment was coming due. Until this date our invoice shows all was paid in full. We now owe 352.00. Has this happened to anyone else. We were also expected to pay without any explanation. Not impresses Royal Caribbean
