I redeemed Bank of America/RCCL points for a OnBoard Credit to be used on a RCCL cruise that canceled in January 2022. I am now booked on a 5/2022 sailing and am trying to locate the proper phone number to call to find my OBC and have it transferred to the new booking number. Does anyone know which department or phone number I would call. Thank you in advance.
