Hey all,
I was supposed to sail on the symphony of the seas on 1/8-1/15. As some may know this sailing was cancelled in less than 24hrs to sailing and we were all sent an email stating that we were receiving 100% refund and 100% cruise credit. Unfortunately for folks like me I live in California and had already flew into Miami so it became quite a burden. Royal Caribbean is now claiming I only get one or the other, so I am deciding to upload the email I’m that was sent out. Please let me know if I am reading this correctly or if anyone is experiencing the same thing.
