  1. UPDATE: I did receive my FCC along with my refund (I was told was processing so not yet in my possession). They gave me voucher numbers over the phone and not by email. I also asked if they would be correcting this for other guest as I had friends under other reservations, they said they would not. Everyone who is in this situation should continue Royal Caribbean as they do not plan on sending out the FCC. @Kathleen @smokeybandit
  2. Hey all, I was supposed to sail on the symphony of the seas on 1/8-1/15. As some may know this sailing was cancelled in less than 24hrs to sailing and we were all sent an email stating that we were receiving 100% refund and 100% cruise credit. Unfortunately for folks like me I live in California and had already flew into Miami so it became quite a burden. Royal Caribbean is now claiming I only get one or the other, so I am deciding to upload the email I’m that was sent out. Please let me know if I am reading this correctly or if anyone is experiencing the same thing.
