If she has documentation of the positive covid test in February, then she should qualify under the 2nd part. However, that is for entry into Italy, not for Royal. I could see where she would be allowed on the ship, but have to follow unvaccinated protocols which would require her to test for some port stops. If it was me, I would get the booster to avoid any issues.
- successful recovery from SARS-CoV-2 infection (valid for 180 days from the positive swab)
Thanks. She did get the booster only it was last August so it would be over 270 days from the time she received the booster and she is not qualified to take the 2nd booster (4th shot)

What I dont understand is the 270 days. My wife and I are going on Wonder on the 9th of June, it would have been 277 days since she received the booster for Pfizer. She also recovered from Covid in Feb. Does anyone know if this is considered fully vaccinated?

Hi,
First time cruiser. I have. a cruise booked for the end of Feb for my wife and me. My wife still doesnt know if she will be able to come, and if she doesent she will be a no show. If I order the key just for 1 of us (expecting that the benefit will be just for 1 of us) is this OK? or do you have to book for both and just loose out the money for the second traveler?
Thanks
