This may be a dumb question but my wife and I are leaving on Anthem in a few weeks and I was on Royal's website and it looks like we can upgrade from our interior room to a balcony for cheaper than what we originally paid for. Is this worth it and would we get our money back or do they just give you on board credit?

Cruising on Anthem of the Seas in a few weeks and just learned about Wow Bands, are they worth it?
