Reason asked is because I prepaid on CCL and still got hit with gratuities on every drink - dinner - spa - and room service. Wanted to get an idea on how RCL is.

New to RC and cant seem to find where to prepay the gratuities. On Sym. Of the Seas and wondering how important it is to do this. Who does and who doesn't prepay them?
