  1. Tonight I logged into my RC Cruise Planner to learn that my family and I no longer had a cruise booked. This trip was meant to be a family reunion as we’ve not been able to see each other for almost 2 full years because of covid. Customer service has informed me that emails were sent stating that our cruise was canceled but due to receiving several emails a week from RC, we no longer open and read these emails. I am requesting that my case be re-opened and reviewed. My ask is that we receive price protection for our original booking and are able to rebook a cruise for the same dates in April 2022. Please have it in your heart to make our family reunion happen and turn this experience around for us!
