Hello all!

I'm trying to update all past cruises on the Shipmate app, but the very first cruise I took doesn't show for the year I took it, which was 1999. Does anyone by chance have any info (itinerary or maybe a Cruise Compass) for the Grandeur of the Seas sailing on September 4, 1999, out of either Miami or Ft. Lauderdale? Any help would, of course, be greatly appreciated!

Has anyone heard that RC is now limiting the number of bottles of wine that you can bring on board, lowering the number from two bottles to one bottle? And when RC does make a policy change, how do they get that updated information out to its members?

Does anyone have any experience with waitlists for cabins? I booked a transatlantic cruise for next year, and was hoping to book a Grand suite, but there were only Balcony’s available at the time. I called and got added to a waitlist for a suite. Has anyone ever been on a waitlist and gotten the cabin that you were waiting for?

As a COVID test 2 days prior to departure is required on our upcoming Allure cruise, does anyone know if it’s actually ‘48 hours’ as opposed to 2 days? I know it’s sounds like a strange question, but a friend recently had to be tested no more than 3 days before travel (although she was flying, not sailing), and she ended up having to be retested at the airport, because her test was more than 72 hours prior, and not 3 days. I would hate to be stuck in that situation.

Good day, all!

I will (hopefully) be cruising from Amsterdam to Barcelona in September of next year, and I’m looking for recommendations for hotels near the cruise terminal. We’d like to spend a few days in Amsterdam prior to cruising. Has anyone had a good experience at any hotels in the area, that they would recommend? I’m not looking for anything too expensive - just something nice, clean, and with a friendly and attentive staff.

Every Deluxe drink package I’ve seen advertised lately is the same - $58. Anyone think that maybe it won’t get any lower than that?
