Why does rccl send an email saying we can offer protection for our one bedroom grand suite booked on the athem ex Southampton 20/06 to lift and shift to athem sailing 24/06 then call today offering a take it or leave it junior suite same price less perks sorry but no don't send something you cannot do then use the empathy sales technique after many great holidays let down and disappointed by rccl in the end said not acceptable
