I feel your pain. My husband and I have been loyal RC customers for a long time. We were supposed to sail on March 23, 2020 on Serenade of the Seas. At that time the company was one offering a future cruise credit. We had no choice but to accept. Shortly after RC came out with the option of a refund. They have repeatedly refused our request, and were quite nasty about it. They have treated us very badly, and I would recommend that future cruisers think twice about sailing with them. Shame on you RC.
