We are D+ and have never used the concierge lounge. We’ve always been content with D lounge. HOWEVER- We cruise on Grandeur often and (because of my husband’s health/mobility issues) have always been grateful for the “reserved” seating in back of theater for Pinnacle and D+. It was extremely disappointing to find that reserved seating in that section is no longer available to D+. Only to Pinnacle and SUITE guests. I know that there are wheelchair accessible spots in back of the theater but he doesn’t use a wheelchair... only a cane. He was so disappointed that he no longer goes to the shows on Grandeur. ?
