Our cruise was supposed to be last week we called a week before to cancel And all we got back was taxes and port fees

We called a week before our cruise to cancel and we did not get our full refund. My son was sick thank god with nothing serious and the scare of the Coronavirus was on our mind, not be stuck on your ship for 2 weeks. I don’t see how it’s fair that you Royal Caribbean takes our money and only returns our taxes and port fees. Witch was a small cost or our trip and you probably resold our rooms after we canceled. I don’t see how this is right.
