I just booked with park jockey 5 days was 35 in garaged parking. I normally used way.com but had no real parking by port. It was Mana downtown garage. They have port shuttle

When I booked my RC cruise I called RC and felt very rushed and pushed through by the agent. This is my first cruise experience so I called instead of booking online incase I missed something. Agent charge me more to pick a room and never gave me a chance to pick. Then he misspelled my name numerous times in itenerary. I had to call back and get that resolved. Then today I noticed the price match guarantee. My booking went down 68 dollars. I spoke to an agent on phone he tried to get it done and couldn't so they transferred me to escalation Dept. Spoke to a representative there who argue with me saying price was not different. Then when I qouted the price the last agent said he back tracked and noticed it. Then said because it was after 48 hours from my booking he said nothing could be done. I then asked to speak to a supervisor. He transferred me to a person of his same level. Agent is having a supervisor call me. This is embarrassing. I feel very dissatisfied and this is my first cruise experience.

Is it a 12 pack per person?  Do I have to bring it in the box?

I am trying to figure out if I can bring a 12 pack of soda.

A lot of folks here have used them (myself included) and have had a great experience.  They will handle dealing with the cruise line so you don't have to sit on the phone and they work with you to find what will work best.  I hate getting on the phone and my MEI agent corresponds with me via email and text I feel like she never sleeps sometimes 

There's zero obligation in contacting several TAs to find one that will work best for YOU..feel free to shop around!

 I'm going to check with next cruise first. Matt said in his video you can get great deals that way.

Wow this forum is great. Thank you again for all the help. I'm going to pass on the Key. Really excited. Anyone have any good suggestions on travel agents for my next cruise. I called RC and spoke to agent and was not satisfied with the way it was handled.

Thank you everyone. My cruise is in December

Me and my girlfriend are going on our first cruise. We are doing the 4 night on empress of the seas to Cozumel. Didn't see any compus info on it.

1. How many formal dinners will we have? 

2. Is the key program worth it?

3. Any suggestions on activities in Cozumel?

4. Anyone who has been on empress what do you recommend for activities on the boat?
