  1. Just been through a harrowing 7 days of fighting with Royal Caribbean. I also booked the Navigator for the 8 day cruise in Feb/2016. My TA battled relentlessly with the RCI agent and got nowhere. I have since changed my reservation to a 7 day on the Freedom OTS and RCI will not give me any compensation for the cruise they cancelled on the Navigator OTS. Makes me want to change my loyalties….hmmm.
  2. So here's the situation… booked on the Navigator Feb.20/2016, 8 nights, and Feb.28/2016, 6 nights, B2B. Recently logged into the RCI website and looked for my cruises in Purchased and Held cruises. Saw my second cruise, the Feb.28/2016 one but not the Feb.20/2016. Last month both cruises showed. So being the investigator I am, I tried to book a fictitious cruise on the same dates. The Feb.20 cruise doesn't exist. I then went to SeaScanner and looked for the cruise on that date, it too doesn't exist. I then called the RCI Loyalty hot line and was told the cruise exists, and that all is OK. Did not believe what I heard so I called my TA and then she went to work for me. She called me back a few hours later and told me that she had called 2 different depts. at RCI and was given two different stories. Does anyone have any info about what might be going on ??? The Feb.20/2016 cruise has disappeared of the planet. Chartered perhaps ??
