I book a cruise with USAA     royale carrbbean said i cant use  my play slots reward chips on this cruise only on new booking this where the fraud comes in from both companys  i try to redeem the chips and they want me to book another cruise to use them   i got a promotion from royale carrbbean two month before sailing i started this booking in january never got a promotion all year sailing in september dont send a promotion you want me buy another cruise  THEY WRONG FOR THAT  and play slots need to make them honor the chips they offer with out the drama
