I was getting the charter message when I looked on the app and customer service confirmed it but stated they couldn’t provide me with any more info. He said the reservation was frozen at this time and that I would be sent info about cancellation, etc as soon as it was finalized. He said he had no timetable for when that would be.
All I got was this other email

Not sure if it is directly related to the itinerary change but I have since learned that this sailing has been chartered. Hopefully more details will be forthcoming

Still getting an error on my end as well for April 2020. My guess is that this will start changing shortly
