Thank you for responding to my question. I did not see any snapper offered on the menu of the other restaurants.

I recently, 7/18/19 - 7/27/19, cruised on the Anthem of the Seas. The Windjammer had a Caribbean foods night. One of the dishes was fried fish head, which was delicious. I would like to know what type of fish was used.
