Thanks Matt, I've already done that and know that I can manage the main dining room ok. What I'm wondering about are the Specialty Dining places like Chops, the mexican place, etc.

Hi! Cruising for the first time on RCL on the Navigator of the Seas in about one week. I am gluten sensitivie (celiac), and the I know they will accomodate me in the Main Dining Room. I'm wondering if any of the specialty restaurants might be able to as well. Any advice?
