My wife and I booked a neighbourhood balcony guarantee on the January 27th sailing of Harmony of the seas....does this category qualify for the Eat-Drink-Play promo? We ended up with a Central Park Balcony.

I think I know I’m out of luck but our cruise is past final payment. Our room category is now $200 less for the week. Is there anything we can do to get this price?

If you book a guaranteed stateroom and you don't like the location of the room, can you call to have the room moved to a different available one as long as the room is the same category type? Secondly, this is my wife's first cruise with Royal Caribbean, and my seventh....will she have same level of crown and anchor as me when we are done this cruise? I thought I remember that this was in the past but could be wrong. Love the podcasts and look forward to listening to them each week John

We aren’t big drinkers but do like the occasional drink. If we were to purchase the refresh beverage package that includes non alcoholic cocktails....can we add alcohol to the cocktail for a fee? If so how much would it cost?
