thank you.. i couldn't tell and RCCL couldn't answer that either.. 10 & 11 don't have rooms though.. all public I think Was hoping maybe someone that is actually on the ship might see and answer.

last cruise we were on the deck where we have the emergency drill at the begining of the cruise so had easy access to the outside walkway.

Not necesarily, just where you have access to the outside if you arent in a balcony room.

Can anyone tell me what decks have an outside walkway on the Empress of the Seas?
